Summer Legacy

Here's a nice short version of the Summer Legacy for those that either can't see, or can't be bothered (hey, no judging, I get it's just that leeeetle bit too long to read just for some back story!) to read all 12 chapters of the Summer Legacy (found here). And here it is, a quick as (or as quick as I could possibly write it all) look at the Summer legacy.  

Bailey Summer came to Riverview as a lonely and shy alien from a distant planet. She lived in a cottage way on the outskirts of town. She soon discovered she was pregnant, the reason she'd left her planet was to do with a mystery man. She had a son, Cooper Summer. As Cooper grew up in the quiet cottage, Bailey fell in love with one of the townfolk, got pregnant and was too proud to tell him. Soon Willow Summer was born. Both Cooper and Willow had inherited the green skin.

Cooper became the heir. He had a highschool sweetheart, who he married after his mother passed away. Cooper and his wife tried hard for a baby, but their wish wasn't fulfilled until long after his sister Willow had her baby. Willow had a little girl, Maggie. Maggie was a vampire, like her mysterious father. Cooper eventually had a little girl, Camryn. Tragedy struck and Cooper's wife was killed in a house fire. Willow and her daugher Maggie stayed living in the cottage for many years.

Maggie (left) and Camryn (right) continued living in the cottage, now more of a mansion, after Cooper and Willow passed away. Camryn fell in love with a bit of a bad boy, who was also involved with her cousin. After he was discovered to be a liar and a cheat, both girls discovered they were pregnant. With Maggie taking her place as queen of the undead in Riverview and Camryn being the epitome of all things good and nice, interesting times ensued. Maggie gave birth to Finn, also inflicted with the curse of the vampire. Camryn gave birth to twins Harvey and Allie. As the kids grew up Maggie and Finn decided to leave the small happy family behind and try to live as vampires out in the world.

Soon Camryn passed away and Allie took over as matriach. Harvey was an eccentric inventor and Allie a socialite. The house grew and grew and a few scandals with Harvey's girlfriend meant he never found love or a family of his own. He continued to live with Allie, for all his life. Allie gave birth, unwillingly as she hadn't wanted kids, to twins to some random lover. Julie and Taylor were as different as night and day in looks, but very close. Julie, the sculptor, and Taylor, the inventor brought new twists to the family.

Julie (left) was the new heir. Soon Harvey and Allie passed away, from old age, and the new twins took over. Taylor, like her uncle, was an eccentric inventor and still to find love. Julie found love quickly, and her and her fiance loved doing the nasty in odd places. One day they accidently travelled through time in one of Harvey's old inventions and Julie came back without her fiance, but with a daughter. Teenager Rebecca Summer was yanked from the past and learned to live amongst the future sims in Riverview. Taylor invented the ultimate invention and Andy the Simbot became her son. A mishap with a tv ended Julie's short lived life and her young daugher took over as heir.

Rebecca and her artificial cousin Andy began their life, with the aging Taylor, in the mansion that had been built from nothing by a shy little alien. And this is where the Summer legacy came to an end. Hopefully one day we'll see how Rebecca fairs. 50 years from this point, in a neighbouring town, another little alien was beginning her life....
